The Balandrau apartment consists of a dining room with a seating area with a flat TV with Netflix and internet. An open kitchen equipped with all appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all basic utensils.

It has 2 rooms, the first room with 1 150 cm bed and the second room with 2 90 cm beds. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower.
